| | People: How can administrators force password resets for other users |
| Procedure | - Select Administration > Users (or People > Users & Drivers).
- Select the desired user.
- Change Force Password Change on Next Login to YES.
- Select Save.

| Additional Notes | - It is mandatory for the desired user to have an email address as a username.
- An email will be sent to this user with a link to log in and change their password. This link will work for 1 hour from when it was sent.
