Symptoms

Users not getting Emailed Reports because redirection is turned on

Cause

Redirection is turned on in the report settings

Resolution

Turn off report redirection using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Reports > Emailed Reports or Reports > Report Setup > Emailed Reports
  2. Select the relevant report
  3. Navigate to the Email report tab
  4. Change Redirect report to OFF or No
  5. Click Save
