1. Remove the desired vehicle from the group that the rule with the notification is published to
2. Create new group for the removed vehicle, and add the desired vehicle to it.
3. Create a new rule with the same conditions as the original rule, without notifications set up, and publish it to the 'no notification' group.

How to remove a Group from a Vehicle?

The first two steps are effectively removing the vehicle(s) from being governed by the rule. If we strictly want to turn off notifications, another rule with the same conditions needs to be created, and published to the vehicle's new group, with no notifications set up as mentioned.
