Procedure
- Go to Vehicles & Assets or Assets >Click on the desired vehicle
- On the Asset tab, look for the Groups field.
- Click on the Groups tab
- Under the Groups section, select the desired Group (s) by either typing the group name(s) in the Select groups... field or click the downward facing arrow
- Select the desired group to have it populate within the list
- Click Save
Additional Notes

- If a vehicle is already in a different group than that of the user, the user will not be able to view or add the vehicle to a different group.
- If the Asset is already assigned to a Group and you want to remove that group assignment, you can click on the X next to the name of the group, or if you want to remove all group assignments for that asset, click on the Clear Selection button.
- I f you have the Feature Preview turned on for Asset Edit page there is no longer a Groups tab. It is just on the Vehicle Edit page.
