Procedure
- Go to MyAdmin
- From the main menu, navigate to Devices>Device Management
- Input correct reseller code (Optional)
- Click on Serial number and input the serial numbers of the devices, then Click Apply
- Click on the device Serial number highlighted in blue
- Navigate to Gateway tab and find the firmware information under Settings>Current firmware
- Find the firmware information under column Firmware Status
