Procedure
- Go to MyGeotab
- Go to Zones and Messages.
- Select the import range
- Use the downloadable template below for a 150 mile radius area.
- Adjust Airmile if needed ( average must be in meters)
- Paste the modified file into the box labeled Paste file here. or click to browse
- Click Import Selected Zones.
- Create a rule to notify when a driver leaves the air miles (X) range.
- Go to Rules and Groups.
- Select a rule
- Choose Add
- Add driver comments and send a message to the administrator when the vehicle leaves X nautical miles.
