Procedure
- Click Activity > HOS... > Logs or click Complaince > HOS > Logs from the main menu.
- Click Options.
- Select the desired date period and driver.
- Click Apply Changes.
- Find and click on the duty status you wish to edit.
- Use the drop-down next to Status to select the appropriate status.
- Type in your Annotations.
- Click Save
Additional Notes
- Automatic HOS logs cannot be edited. When trying to change the status of an automatic ON log, a "Create a new Duty Status Log?" prompt will appear "You cannot edit an automatic ON Duty Status Log. Would you like to create a new Duty Status Log following this one with your changes?", if you select "Yes" a new status log will be created after the current one.

- Automatic Drive logs cannot be edited, they can only be annotated or ignored using the ignore feature implemented by Geotab.
