Compliance: How to edit multiple HOS logs in MyGeotab

Procedure

  1. Go to Compliance > HOS > Logs
  2. Select date range and driver in Options menu > Apply changes
  3. Click on the Check Mark next to Total Items, then click on:
    1. Select Individual to check only some of the logs within the date range you applied.
    2. Select Visible to check all the logs within the date range you applied.
  4. Click on the Edit selected HOS logs button at the top of the page.
  5. On HOS Log Edit page, click on Replace With next to the option that you want to edit.
  6. Select appropriate Status/Device/Driver/Co-driver(s).
  7. Add an annotation, then click on Save at the top of the page.

Additional Notes

From the phone UI, the button Edit selected HOS logs will be under the Gear icon at the top of the page.

  • Automatic Drive logs cannot be edited, they can only be annotated or ignored using the ignore feature implemented by Geotab.
