Groups and Rules: How to Verify Speeding Exceptions?

1. Check Engine Road Speed:
   1. Navigate to Engine & Maintenance > Engine and Device > Measurements or Maintenance > Diagnostics > Measurements
   2. Click Options , and select Engine Road Speed in the diagnostic list:

   4. Choose the appropriate date and time range and the vehicle name
2. Check GPS Speed:
   1. Navigate to Activity or Safety > Speed Profile
   2. Click Options
   3. Choose the appropriate date and time range and the vehicle name
3. Compare Engine Road Speed with GPS Speed. If they are close, the speeding exceptions should be reliable
4. Check if there are abnormal Engine Faults. If there are, the speeding exceptions may not be reliable:
   1. Navigate to Engine & Maintenance > Engine and Device > Faults or Maintenance > Diagnostics > Faults
   2. Click Options
   3. Choose the appropriate date and time range and the vehicle name

You can also look at Map or Productivity > Trips History on the time/date of the incident. Make sure you are pulling up the vehicle you're verifying. Select a trip and follow it on the map with your mouse to see the speed.
