Procedure
- First follow the steps of this article How to deactivate a key fob for NFC?, and then follow the steps of this article Hardware and Firmware: How to Set Up NFC Key reader in the database
- If the previous user has already been removed from the database but the NFC key has not been removed, please follow the steps below to remediate the situation:
- Navigate to Administration > Users or People > Users & Drivers
- Under Filter > Enable Show archived (historical) > Apply changes .
- Click on the archived driver and then follow the steps of this article: How to deactivate a key fob for NFC?
Additional Notes
- This will not remove the data of the original user, unless the user is removed from the database.
