Procedure
Navigate to Rules & Groups > Rules. Or Groupd and Rules > Rules.
- Click Add at the top.
- Name the Rule
- Click Conditions tab.
- Click Road with speed limit to creates a condition of Over or Under a specific speed.
- Click Add.
- Click Add duration to creates a condition of Over or Under a specific time frame.
