MyGeotab: How to pull drivers and vehicles for the Time Card report

Procedure

1. Create a copy of the Default Time Card report by following the first set of instructions:

1a. Click Administration Tab > Report Setup > Report Views or Click Reports > Report Setup > Report Views
1b. On the next screen you will see a list of all reports installed on your database. Click Export next to "Default Time Card Report"Export Time Card.png

2. Upload the exported Time Card file and rename it as "Default Time Card Driver" if you'd like to pull by Driver or "Default Time Card Vehicle" if you'd like to pull it by vehicle. The name does not impact what information pulls but rather serves as a reminder to pull the reportstwice.

2a. Select Administration or Click Reports
2b. Click Report Setup
2c. Click Report Views
2d. Click Create custom report
2e. Click Drop your files here or click to select them
2f. Select the parameters of the report depending on your needs.
2g. Click Save



Additional Notes

  • At this time, you cannot pull both drivers and vehicles for the default Time Card report.
  • The data tab in the downloaded excel will not have the missing information (such as drivers when a vehicle "Time Card Report" is pulled)
