Help and Support: How to Create a Support Ticket through MyGeotab

Procedure

  1. Navigate to, and click Getting Started & Help > Support > Open a Geotab Support Ticket or Support > Get Help > Open a Geotab Support Ticket.
  2. Fill out the form as needed - fields with an asterisk(*) are required fields
  3. Click on Submit

Additional Notes

  • If Support or Support Tickets options areunavailable, please reach out to your Reseller for support.
  • To access the chat feature, after completing steps 1-3, you will see a "Green" "Lets Chat" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
