Is it possible to create a user in the MyGeotab, who doesn't have access to database but still receives Emailed Reports?

  • No, we cannot create a user who doesn't have access to the database and still be receiving the emailed reports.

Additional Notes

  • The thing with the security clearance options is that it also grants the access to the database in MyGeotab.
  • For example, if you have Fuel Tax Report enabled for a user, the user should be able to access the IFTA report via the database too.
