Answer
- Currently there is no option to verify past 14 days if they don't appear in the Geotab Drive app.
- There isn't a way to actually verify logs through MyGeotab unless it is an edited log at this time; it has to be done through the Geotab Drive app.
- Drivers are able to verify 14 days worth of logs.
- Logs that weren't verified within those 14 days will not be able to be verifiedand signed off on in the Geotab Drive app itself. They can be accepted in MyGeotab by the driver themselves.
- Drivers can still verify logs by signing the Print from their administrators.
Additional Notes
- Drivers must sign each day.
- Please also see Compliance: What is the purpose of the "Signature" field in the Compliance Print? The compliance print with the signature field is only available through MyGeotab. The Print under Inspect Mode on Geotab Drive will not have this field because the verification is done through electronic signatures.
- Also see How to print or download HOS Logs? Users can also download this report as a PDF or excel file and print it; the compliance report will have all the information that the DOT would need to verify any logs.
