Why does stop duration shows a large value on the Trip History Report?

Answer

  • Right click on the cell that shows large value
  • Click on Format Cells > select Custom as shown in the screenshot below

  • Convert the value into days and then compare that with Trip History Stop duration values on MyGeotab.
