Hardware: Tried the troubleshooting steps for device not communicating and it failed, how do we proceed?

Answer

  • After the troubleshooting steps are completed and the GO device still does not communicate
    • Check if the device is under warranty or not.
  • If the device is not under warranty, you will need to order a new replacement GO device.
    • Please contact your reseller to order new unit.
    • Also, ensure the non-working device is cancelled.
  • If it is under warranty,please reach out to Customer Support to have an RMA issued for it.
