- After the troubleshooting steps are completed and the GO device still does not communicate
- Check if the device is under warranty or not.
- If the device is not under warranty, you will need to order a new replacement GO device.
- Please contact your reseller to order new unit.
- Also, ensure the non-working device is cancelled.
- If it is under warranty,please reach out to Customer Support to have an RMA issued for it.
