Anything over 13 months has to be completed by the support team. In order to complete this request, please send written consent in your ticket to our support team, including these things from an administrator in the database:
- List of devices being reprocessed
- The date of reprocess
- Acknowledgement that this reprocess would be done overnight and may result in lag time on the database (overnight during the reprocess).
