Answer
- The Time Card Report has two options: Run by Vehicle; Run by Driver.
- When the user chooses to run report by driver��, each row represents each driver each day. A driver may drive multiple vehicles in the same day, in this case we can't make all of those vehicles into one field.
- Same reason for run by vehicle, there might be multiple drivers who drove the same vehicle in one day. So we cannot put one vehicle with one driver in a row that represents a work day.
