Answer
When a report is sent out in an email, if the Recipient List is set for All In Company Group, there is no way to stop them from being sent out to a specific individual.
Additional Notes
- A suggestion would be to remove the user from the Company Group and be placed into their own group. The emailed report will then need to be changed from All In Company Group to Only In Company Group. However, if you do so, this will limit the user's data access to just the group they are assigned to.
- Our other recommendation would be to turn off the report orremove the user entirely from the database.
