Answer
Since time spent inside of the 150 mile radius is considered as OFF duty, the FMCSA has stated that drivers can log into the ELD system and use the Personal Conveyance exemption with appropriate annotation to indicate driving under the Agriculture exemption. When they leave the 150 air miles, they must turn off PC and log normally.
