Why are there no automatic Drive logs after HOS was turned OFF?

On each "Assets" page in the database, it is possible to turn "Hours of service" OFF. That will stop any automatic log from being created, "Drive" or "ON".

To switch back, please do the following:

1. Select the vehicle in your database.
2. Go to "Settings" tab > Click "Advanced" 
3. Scroll to the bottom and next to "Hours of service (HOS):" click on "On".

Will Automative Drive logs be created if "Hours of Service (HOS)" is OFF?
