Answer
While the Map shows a Speed Limit change, the device may not have detected any GPS points when the Speed Limit changed. Because of this, Speeding can occur and this can be seen on the Speed Profile but not on the Map. Check the Log Data & Collisions page to see if the GPS data matches up with the Speed Profile.
Additional Notes
In the example below, the Map shows that at 12:28:21 the Speed Limit was 110 km/h. The Speed Profile however shows that the Speed Limite was 70 km/h until 12:28:31. This corresponds to the next time a GPS point was received from the device.
