Why automatic duty status logs were not recorded under my vehicle?

If a driver does not select a vehicle upon logging in to the Geotab Drive app, any automatic HOS logs will be created under Unidentified driver. An Administrator can re-assign these logs under the appropriate driver.

Ensure that the vehicle in question is under the regulatory plan and up.
