Answer
The duration of a reprocess is dependent upon these factors:
- The number of vehicles in the database
- The number of rules in the database
- The date range to be reprocessed
If it is a database with a large number of devices and many rules users may see delays in live data after hours.
Additional Notes
Reprocessing more than 7 days worth of data will only be performed after hours (11PM - 6AM). Therefore, the result may not be available until the next day. If a large amount of data is selected for reprocessing, it might take more than one night until the task is complete (possibly 2+ depending on the amount of data being processed)
