Symptoms
- Driver has no hours showing for availability
- I don't have any hours left to drive, I forgot to log out.
- I forgot to log out and my hours are wrong. It is telling me I am under a 14-hour workday limit violation.

- Driver doesn't have hours of availability because he forgot to logout and truck was moved.

Cause
- Driver has not completed 10/ 34 hour reset yet.
- Driver forgot to log out from drive app and someone moved the vehicle.
Resolution
- Ensure driver has reached full reset according to cycle. If the driver forgot to log out, he/she needs to reach out to their administrator to fix the logs.
