GO Device: Parameter Reset Driver ID at ignition off not resetting driver ID at ignition off

Symptoms

  • Driver ID isn't resetting when the vehicle ignition is off with the parameter Reset Driver ID at ignition off is on the vehicle

Cause

Driver feedback > Driver identification reminder is on. If this is on, the driver ID will not be reset until the timer on the reminder has passed.

Resolution

Reset Driver ID at ignition off should not be used when driver feedback is also being used. Turn off the Driver identification reminder, and the parameter will work as expected.
