Symptoms
- Zones correctly created
- Zone type selection made
- New zone created with expectation of retrieving old vehicle visit
- All vehicle selected for report
- No future trip for that Zone
- Zone Visits report is blank for only specific Zones
Cause
- The Zone is new and was created after the trip that is expected to appear on the Zone Visits report
- No future trip has been made to the zone
- Every zone needs a dat reprocess to get previous data or trip
Resolution
- Reprocess the data from the time the visit is expected
- Reprocess data is required for new zone data to update
