Compliance: Why are HOS logs not matching with Trips History information?

Answer

  • The vehicle is stopped in real-time but from the GO Device's perspective, it has not been stopped for 5 minutes. The GO Device/MyGeotab database stopped receiving ALL data from the vehicle.
  • To resolve, you just need to get the device communicating with the database again. Once the information is there, myGeotab will correct the logs, by adding an automatic log at the appropriate time.
